We have been accommodating students since 2003 and currently offer 4 different Cork City locations. Our complexes cater for all students attending the main 3rd level education institutions in Cork City; University College Cork, Cork Institute of Technology, Cork College of Commerce and St. John’s Central College. Each location varies both in style and in price, which helps us cater to the different needs of our students, but all offer a genuine college experience with the comfort and security that is sought when moving to a new city. As well as being extremely popular with Irish students from around the country, all of our locations are approved by UCC who place a large number of international students with us annually.
Farranlea Hall & The Spires are the best choice for student accommodation for UCC & CIT. Both complexes were specifically built for students, have dedicated receptions open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and a nightly/weekend security warden service throughout the academic year. Both complexes offer free car parking, all bedrooms are en-suite and our single en-suite room rate has been reduced to €118 per week for the academic year 2011/12. We also have en-suite twin rooms available at The Spires for €85 per week per person.

Sheares Gate is a popular choice with mature Medicine and Dentistry students from Ireland and abroad due to it’s relaxed atmosphere, high quality fit-out and proximity to both UCC and the Cork University Hospital & Dental Hospital.

Davcon Court has the benefit of being located on the fringe of the city centre as well as being within walking distance to UCC, College of Commerce and St John’s Central College.
