    Hi Farranlea Hall,

I was wondering about that deposit of €250.00 for a room. If it were a case where the student pays the amount when booking, but decides against actually residing in the accommodation, how much of the deposit (if any) is refundable to the student?

    Thank you,
    Eamonn.

    Hello,
I’m looking to book accommodation on one of these sites and was wondering after you pay your first installment can you then pay per month? And if so how much?

    Thanks.
