We currently have 2 pricing options available:-
Option A – 12 month Lease
Occupancy Period
Monday 20th August 2012 to Sunday 18th August 2013 *
* Early start rooms also available. Please indicate date required in the Request Box on the Online Booking Form
Rates per Person
Double Room (Single Occupancy): €5,952.00 (€496.00 per month)
Deposit & Utilities
Security Deposit: €496.00 (as per standard lease)
Utility Bills: Will be signed over for 12 months to a nominated person for each house
Option B – Regular Student Academic Year
Occupancy Period
Monday 3rd September 2012 to Friday 31st May 2013 *
* Early start rooms also available. Please indicate date required in the Request Box on the Online Booking Form
Rates per Person
Double Room (Single Occupancy): €5,265.00 (€135.00 per week) payable in 1 or 2 installments
Deposit & Utilities
Booking / Security Deposit: €250.00
Electricity Deposit: €300.00 (unused deposit returned after the end of academic year)
Refuse & TV Licence Charge: €150.00
New Residents
In the event of cancellation on or before 10th August 2011, €200.00 of the booking fee is refundable. There will be no booking deposit refund for cancellations made after 10th August 2011 – all cancellations must be made in writing or by email.
Current Residents
Current residents will be advised by letter of their opportunity to rebook for the following year 2 weeks prior to bookings becoming open to the general public. Students are advised to rebook early in order to avoid disappointment and are reminded that applications can only be processed when the booking deposit is received. In the event of a cancellation on or before 10th August 2011, €200.00 of the booking fee is refundable.
