We are located at 51 Bandon Road, Cork City. Our privately run complex was completed in 2005 to provide superior accommodation for students attending UCC throughout the academic year. The Spires is designed to meet all the needs of our students and is located within a 5 minute walk of UCC main campus and a 15 minute walk to the City Centre. Our 2 buildings contain en-suite bedrooms in 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 bed apartments. All apartments are tastefully furnished and all bedrooms are soundproofed for our students’ convenience. We have a dedicated reception and a nightly/weekend security warden service. There is also free parking available subject to availability.
