Rates per Person
Single Bed En-suite Room:€4,485.00 (€115.00 per week)
Double Bed En-suite Room: €4,680.00 (€120.00 per week)
Twin Beds En-suite Room: €3,315.00 (€85.00 per week)
Deposit & Utilities
Booking / Security Deposit: €250.00
Electricity Deposit: €300.00 (any unused deposit returned after check out)
Refuse & TV Licence Charge: €150.00
Payment Options
We offer our residents the option to pay in 1, 2 or 3 instalments. Please see the Terms and Conditions on the Online Booking Form for the due date and amount of each instalment.
First Year Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation on or before 27th August 2012, €200.00 of the booking fee is refundable. There will be no booking deposit refund for cancellations made after 27th August 2012 – all cancellations must be made in writing or by email.
All Other Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation on or before 13th August 2012, €200.00 of the booking fee is refundable. There will be no booking deposit refund for cancellations made after 13th August 2012 – all cancellations must be made in writing or by email.
Rebooking
Current residents will be advised by letter of their opportunity to rebook for the next academic year 2 weeks prior to bookings becoming open to the general public. We advise our residents to rebook early in order to avoid disappointment and remind them that applications can only be processed when the booking deposit of €250.00 is received.
