Booking Deposit: €300.00

Single Bed En-suite Room Rent: €7,479.00
or
Double Bed En-suite Room Rent: €7,890.00 (single occupancy room)

Utilities Advance: €900.00 (Please see our T&Cs page for breakdown)

First Year Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation on or before 20th August 2024, €200.00 of the Booking Deposit is refundable. There will be no Booking Deposit refund for cancellations made after 20th August 2024 – all cancellations must be made in writing or by email.

Non-First Year Students

Rebooking

Current Residents will be advised by email of their opportunity to rebook for the following academic year 2 weeks prior to bookings becoming open to non-Residents. We advise all our Residents to rebook early in order to avoid disappointment.
