2026 Summer Accommodation at Farranlea Hall
Summer accommodation will be available from Monday, 8th June 2026 until Sunday, 9th August 2026.
The summer rates will be as follows:
Booking/Security Deposit: €200.00
Single En-suite Bedroom Rate: €145.00 per week (all utilities included)
Double En-suite (single occupancy) Bedroom Rate: €165.00 per week (all utilities included)

Terms & Conditions
1. A completed booking form should be returned along with a Booking/Security Deposit of €200.00 or the application will be considered invalid. The deposit is subject to the room and apartment being in acceptable condition on departure. The guest will forfeit the entire deposit if keys are not surrendered.
2. The Booking/Security Deposit will not be refunded if a guest decides to cancel.
3. Please note that the application form is not a contract. Ryan Properties acting through its management reserves the right to decline an application.
4. Applications are only accepted for a minimum period of 3 weeks or longer. The summer residency period is from 5th June 2020 until 12 noon on 8th August 2020.
5. Summer residents must provide their own bed linen, duvet and pillows. Housekeeping service is not provided.
6. College Accommodation Cork / Carmel Ryan are exonerated from all liability for any loss of valuables or personal belongings kept in or outside the Apartment or anywhere on our premises. Personal insurance is advised for any personal valuables.
7. Please note that 3 weeks rent must be paid prior to or on your arrival. Keys will be issued only on receipt of 3 weeks rent at check-in.
8. Payment can be made by Irish Cheque, Irish Bank Draft or wire transfer in Euro made payable to Carmel Ryan. Cash is only accepted at our Reception.
9. Bank Account details will be forwarded on request. Please make sure to reference your name if you pay by wire transfer.
10. Please return the completed booking form and €200 deposit to Farranlea Hall, Victoria Cross, Cork.
11. Management reserve the right to evict any resident within 24 hours for any acts of vandalism or antisocial behaviour including but not limited to:- tampering with any fire safety equipment, excessive noise, excessive damage to our premises, threatening/intimidating behaviour towards staff or fellow residents etc.
