Our complex is located at 51 Bandon Road, Cork City and it was specifically built to provide superior accommodation for students attending UCC or the city centre-based 3rd level colleges throughout the academic year. The Spires Student Accommodation is designed to meet all the needs of our students and is located within a 5 minute walk of UCC main campus and a 15 minute walk to the City Centre. Our 2 buildings contain 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6-bed apartments with all bedrooms en-suite. Our apartments are tastefully furnished with all bedrooms soundproofed for our students’ convenience. We also have a dedicated Reception and a nightly/weekend Security Warden service.
